Shipping & Returns


Once your order is placed with Miss Sam’s Beauty, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking code. Please refer to this tracking code to check the status of your order.

Please note that orders will generally take about 1-2 business days to process and US orders take 2-5 business days in transit, depending on your location. With the shipping delays through out the United States at the moment, please allow time for shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, size and weight of your order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All items once they leave our facility are no longer our responsibility unless it is due to our own negligence.

Please contact the post office and use your tracking code if you have questions on the delivery status of your order.

We are not responsible for any lost packages if the tracking says “delivered”. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over the package. Please make sure to check that you have typed in the address correctly. Please make sure to check with your neighbors in case the post office made a mistake upon delivery. And please contact your post office for solutions and options.

Shipments will be sent Monday-Friday, not guaranteed on Saturdays as our warehouse is closed most Saturdays.

We ship most places in the world, but shipping rates will be higher depending on where you live, and how much the package weighs.


You may return most new, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If it is not our error, customer will need to pay for the return shipping cost. NO REFUNDS ON OPENED PRODUCTS, NO EXCEPTIONS.



If your order is missing an item you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your package. Customers waiting beyond this time frame will not qualify for reimbursement or exchange.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
